Founder & OwnerNia Petty is an e-commerce and brick-and-mortar business owner whose brand gained rapid momentum in just six months. She is the founder of one of San Diego’s #1 fastest-growing Lash Supply store and product line Lash Brat Supply. As she expanded in the beauty industry, Nia recognized a major gap in inclusion, diversity, and authentic educational support for beauty professionals. She saw talented artists who had the skill but lacked the resources, mentorship, and safe spaces needed to truly thrive. Driven to create change, Nia built a platform that intentionally makes room for all beauty and service providers extending far beyond lashes. Her vision led to the creation of Beyond the Lashes, an annual summer event in San Diego that, in only one year, has grown into a powerful, community driven experience centered around education, empowerment, and representation. Today, she collaborates with beauty schools and academies while mentoring emerging product lines, continuing her mission to elevate and expand opportunities within the industry.

Co-HostCrystal Alcaraz is a beauty industry entrepreneur, educator, and media voice dedicated to elevating lash artists through visibility, education, and intentional branding. She is the founder of The Lash Reporter, a trusted industry platform spotlighting trends, conversations, and stories shaping the future of the lash world, and the founder of Three Eleven Beauty, a professional lash brand known for high-performance products designed by artists, for artists.
Through her work, Crystal bridges artistry and business, creating spaces where beauty professionals feel informed, supported, and empowered to grow sustainable careers. Her mission is rooted in transparency, community, and raising the standard of what’s possible within the lash industry.
