Nia Petty is an e-commerce business owner whose brand took off in just six months. As she grew in the beauty industry, Nia noticed a lack of inclusion, diversity, and real educational support for beauty professionals. Many artists had the talent but not the resources, guidance, or space to truly thrive. Determined to be part of the solution, she created a platform that intentionally makes room for all beauty and service providers beyond just lashes. Beyond the Lashes is an annual summer event held in San Diego, and in just one short year, it has grown into a powerful, community-driven experience dedicated to education, empowerment, and representation.
